There are so many amazing classic tracks that have helped shape who I am as a DJ.  I feel like it's my responsibility to share them with you, so I'm starting a new update on this page - "Where I Come From".  These will range from classic disco to funk to early house to trance and beyond.  Hopefully through this, you'll get to understand me a bit better, and where my varied styles come from.

My first track is a big hit by Two Tons of Fun called "Do You Wanna Boogie".  It's like a funk bomb went off, and I first heard Basement Jaxx drop it in their Essential Mix in 1999.  It's incredible, and I hope you enjoy it and dance around your room in your undies like I do to it!  LOL

To say I was excited to find out that our very own Beyonce would be doing the halftime show at the Super Bowl would be a bit of an understatement.  She has been a constant in my sets for years, and I believe she is truly an incredible artist.  In honor of her big concert tomorrow (apparently there's an opening and closing act as well), I figured I would create a podcast just for her.
