Much Respect | DJ Steve Sherwood (SFO)

Hi there disco boys and girls-

Sometimes when you're going through an experience that's hard to describe, you're lucky enough to have a friend along for the ride to share it with you.  DJ Steve Sherwood is one of my great friends in SF, and he has become a huge inspiration for me on my journey.  

Not only is Steve an incredible DJ (be sure to subscribe to his podcast on iTunes), but he's a funny, positive, and wonderful friend I look to for inspiration, support, and guidance (and steal a song from on ocassion!  LOL).  Listen, no one teaches you how to be a DJ, trust me.  We're all out here on our own trying to figure it out, and Steve has been an incredible person on this adventure with me - I'm very proud to call him a friend.

Steve has become an integral part of the San Francisco dance community, and he's been gaining attention nationally while traveling with Bearracuda across the country.  He will be headlining Galaxy at the newly opened BeatBox in SF tomorrow night, and we will be DJing Bearracuda Friday night together at Lazy Bear this year.  

Steve, thanks for being such a great inspiration, and a wonderful friend.  I'm so glad we get to do this together.  Much respect!
